By signing in you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re signing for a company, you bind that company.

1. Acceptable use

• Use only for lawful, authorized business operations; no reverse engineering or bypassing tenancy isolation.
• You’re responsible for users/roles you provision and for safeguarding credentials (rotate on staff exit).
• We may rate-limit or suspend on abuse, fraud, or security risk — with notice where feasible.

2. Billing & subscriptions

Plans billed per edition (branches/seats). Renewal is monthly/annual; failed payment retries 3× then downgrades to free limits. Taxes/VAT as displayed at checkout (Stripe/PayPal). Refunds within 7 days of initial purchase.

3. Data & tenancy

Each tenant’s bookings, inventory, payroll remain isolated. Host impersonation is audited. You retain ownership; we act as processor. Export available via reports/API.

4. Service & support

Target 99.5% monthly uptime (excluding maintenance). Support via Contact / support@jotech.ae — SLAs per plan.

5. Liability

Service provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months. Neither party liable for indirect loss.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice; we retain data 30 days post-termination for export, then purge (backups 90 days).

7. Governing law

UAE law; venue Dubai Courts / DIAC arbitration as per your order form.
